You Own your own OG Ordinal, while byAsiaMinor retains the copyright to the artwork

Ownership
When you purchase an OG Ordinal, you own the specific Bitcoin Ordinal associated with that artwork. Ownership of the Ordinal does not transfer copyright ownership of the underlying artwork. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all copyright and intellectual property rights in OG Ordinals artwork remain with byAsiaMinor.

What You Can Do
As the collector of an OG Ordinal, you may:
- Display your OG in your personal digital wallet, gallery, website, or social media profile.
- Share images of your OG for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Identify yourself publicly as the collector or owner of that specific OG Ordinal.
- Display authorized collector files for personal use.
- Resell or transfer the Bitcoin Ordinal through a compatible marketplace or wallet.
These rights are intended to let collectors enjoy, display, and share the artwork while protecting the creative work behind the collection.

Personal Use License
While you own the applicable OG Ordinal, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use and display the underlying artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not give you ownership of the artwork’s copyright or the right to commercially reproduce, manufacture, license, or distribute the artwork.

Commercial Use
Commercial rights are not automatically included with ownership of an OG Ordinal. Without separate written permission from byAsiaMinor, collectors may not use OG Ordinals artwork for:
- Merchandise or products for sale
- Advertising or commercial campaigns
- Brand logos or trademarks
- Packaging
- Commercial licensing
- Paid media
- Commercial derivative artwork
- Another NFT, token, inscription, or digital collectible project
Collectors interested in using their OG commercially may contact byAsiaMinor to discuss a separate commercial license. This approach keeps commercial collaborations flexible while protecting the integrity of the OG Ordinals collection.

High-Resolution Images
Certain OG Ordinals may include access to a high-resolution PNG as a collector benefit. Any high-resolution collector file provided remains subject to this license. Receiving a high-resolution PNG does not transfer copyright, commercial reproduction rights, or ownership of the original production files.

Derivative Works
Collectors may not create or commercially distribute artwork that substantially reproduces or modifies an OG Ordinal without written permission. This includes using an OG character or artwork as the basis for merchandise, logos, branding, commercial illustrations, or other products. Personal fan art or non-commercial creative expression may be considered separately, but it does not create ownership rights in the original OG artwork.

Resale & Transfer
You may transfer or resell your OG Ordinal through compatible Bitcoin wallets and marketplaces. When ownership of the Ordinal is transferred, any collector rights that depend on ownership of that Ordinal transfer to the new lawful owner. The previous owner may retain physical items that were already redeemed, but they may no longer represent themselves as the current owner of the Ordinal. High-resolution collector files may not be sold separately from the Ordinal.

Physical Collector Items
From time to time, OG Ordinals collectors may be offered access to physical collector items, apparel, artwork, or other benefits. Unless specifically stated otherwise, ownership of a physical item does not transfer copyright or commercial rights in the underlying artwork. Physical benefits may also be subject to separate redemption, shipping, eligibility, or availability terms.

Copyright
OG Ordinals artwork, branding, graphics, logos, promotional materials, website artwork, and other original creative materials remain protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.Under U.S. copyright law, the creator of an original work generally owns the copyright unless those rights are transferred, and ownership of a copy or token does not itself transfer those copyright rights.
Any transfer of copyright ownership would require a separate agreement. Under U.S. law, a transfer of copyright ownership generally must be in writing and signed by the owner of the rights being transferred.

OG Ordinals Name & Branding
OG Ordinals artwork, branding, graphics, logos, promotional materials, website artwork, and other original creative materials remain protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.Under U.S. copyright law, the creator of an original work generally owns the copyright unless those rights are transferred, and ownership of a copy or token does not itself transfer those copyright rights.

No Endorsement
Collectors may not use an OG Ordinal in a way that falsely suggests that byAsiaMinor or OG Ordinals sponsors, endorses, partners with, or is affiliated with another company, product, project, token, organization, or service.

Commercial Licensing Requests
Interested in using your OG Ordinal commercially? Commercial licensing may be available on a case-by-case basis. Collectors can contact byAsiaMinor to discuss proposed usage, scope, duration, territory, products, and licensing terms.

Changes to This License
This Collector Rights & IP License may be updated from time to time to clarify rights, address new technology, or reflect future developments within the OG Ordinals project.
Updates should not retroactively remove rights that were already expressly granted to a collector for a completed purchase, except where required by law or mutually agreed.
